Driver critically injured after crashing into light pole in Dallas

Share DALLAS - A man was injured in an early morning crash in South Dallas. Police said the driver collided with a light pole on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, near Julius Schepps Freeway.

Police said the driver collided with a light pole on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, near Julius Schepps Freeway.

Firefighters had to cut him out of the car.

Arlington police said a man in his 80s passed out behind the wheel and slammed into a home Friday.

He was taken to a nearby hospital in critical condition.
